Comfort Inn West

Stayed here once before and was very happy with that stay. Second stay was also great and would book again next year.

This hotel offers a good value for the money with plenty of area restaurants to choose from. Our room was very clean and quiet.

Will probably never stay at a Comfort inn again. I have a small elderly cat, not noisy, not messy, I did not leave a mess or damage in any way. My privacy was interrupted even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door, and. I requested to not have cleaning the following day. I am not a happy camper with these people! Clean rooms, no musty smells, decent continental breakfast, and very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Do not stay here if you are not a smoker. The stench of cigarette smoke is everywhere, even in the hallways and lobbies. Horrendous! We had no choice but to have a smoking room, which was god-awful, but the stench is everywhere! Not great for kids or families. Never again.

This is a typical business-traveler-overnight-stay-for-the-lowest-possible-price place. The rooms need new paint, wallpaper, carpeting, bathroom fixtures, etc., etc. There is a musty smell in and out of the rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful in loaning an electronic gizmo that made web access possible, and they were very friendly. The Hotel was very clean and well kept. The front desk people were very helpful and the hotel was close to eatery's and the major highways. That covers all the bases. Thanks.
